If you would like to meet in-person, I will request that you sign a separate informed-consent form. If you are experiencing any COVID or flu-like symptoms, or if you have been in close proximity to someone who has, please let me know in advance and we can meet via video instead of in-person. I am fully vaccinated and comfortable meeting in-person if you are symptom-free, vaccinated and comfortable meeting in-person. My office is ADA accessible, well-ventilated and I operate a high-grade filter. We have the option of meeting outdoors and online as well. I have found it surprisingly easy to establish a strong emotional connection through video.
